This series contains the Estimates, Part III – Reports on Plans and Priorities (2000–2006) for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and its International Trade component. Apparent duplication reflects Treasury Board reporting requirements and departmental restructuring, which resulted in separate but related reports for Foreign Affairs and International Trade, revised versions, and parallel English/French publications during transition years.
