Regional Information Monitoring Network for the Ottawa River Watershed (RIMNet) Report

The Regional Information and Monitoring Network (RIMNet) is an initiative by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) to enhance information sharing and document the environmental aspects of nuclear facilities and activities in the watershed. By centralizing resources, RIMNet aims to increase transparency, build public confidence, and foster trust. It is independent and not linked to any specific nuclear project or activity. The Phase I report provides a background on the initiative, the methodology and results from the literature review, and an overview for next steps.
