This is a three-year accessibility plan, co-developped with employees with disabilities, which identifies barriers to accessibility and inclusion in the TBS workplace in eight priority areas and details initiatives aimed at removing them.
The eight priority areas are: 1. design and delivery of programs and services 2. employment 3. the built environment 4. information and communications technologies (ICT) 5. communications other than ICT 6. procurement of goods, services and facilities 7. transportation 8. workplace culture
