This directory is designed for the use of Canadians between the ages of 18 and 35 who
are seeking opportunities abroad through exchange, working holiday, work-study and
other types of programs. It describes how to go about in securing the required
authorization in a foreign country in accordance with the personal situation of the
participant and the admission requirements of the program in which he or she
chooses to participate.
