CFIA-Undeclared allergens and gluten in coconut water - 2021-2022

​The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in coconut water products. Of the 85 samples tested, 1 sample was found to contain undeclared soy. None of the products sampled in this survey were found to represent a health risk so no product recalls were performed.
