Updated monthly, this dataset lists grievance arbitration awards filed with Mediation Services in Jobs, Economy and Trade. Information on each decision includes employer, union, grievance, last name of the arbitrator, and the date of decision. Also included is a link to the full text of the decision on the CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute) website.
