Notice to Exporters Export Controls Over Chemical and Biological Weapons, Agents, Precursors, Production Equipment and Technology Serial No. 74

The purpose of this Notice is to increase awareness about the dangers posed by the proliferation of chemical and biological agents and weapons and the possible diversion of dual-use chemicals, biological agents and dual-use equipment that could be used in their manufacture; and, to provide information on Canada's export control program covering such products.
