Information related to intellectual property (IP) that is subject to the Employment and Social Development Canada IP Management Policy (on iService), including IP created and/or acquired, which has a commercial value, that pertains to software or technological tools, a formal government publication, official marks or trade-marks of the government, assignments, licenses obtained or given to third parties, and all other IP and/or permissions of significant value or importance.
