CFIA-Undeclared allergens and gluten in juice/nectar products - 2021-2022

​​The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in juice/nectar products. Of the 231 samples tested, none were found to contain any undeclared allergens or gluten. None of the products tested in this survey were positive for any undeclared allergens or gluten, and no health risks to consumers were identified.
