Food Microbiology - Targeted Surveys - Final Report - Parasites in Imported Fresh Green Onions - April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency collected 197 samples of imported fresh green onions and tested them for the presence of Cyclospora, Cryptosporidum and Toxoplasma. All 197 samples tested were found to be satisfactory.
