Assistant Deputy Minister Policy (ADM(Pol)) is responsible for recruiting and developing new policy officers into National Defence through the Policy Officer Recruitment Programme (PORP). The PORP is a three-year professional development program designed to recruit and develop individuals from entry to working-level in the Policy Group. This dataset is PORP Competition Data from 1987-2022, including information on various steps in the process from number of applicants received to number candidates hired.
