The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) signed a service agreement with the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) to provide regulatory guidance for implementing the Adaptive Phased Management (APM) approach and expanded mandate for intermediate-level and non-fuel high-level radioactive waste.
