This study was conducted in 2015 by CEFRIO, the Center facilitating research and innovation in organizations using information and communications technologies. It aimed to identify the reuse that is made of data and to better understand the profile of users of the following four open data portals:
- The common portal of the Government of Quebec
- The City of Montreal's open data portal
- Quebec City's open data portal
- The open data portal of the City of Sherbrooke
