These tabular data files (available in csv or xlsx) contain the previous years conservation status information for plants and animals and ecological communities in British Columbia. Current year conservation status data are available through the BC Species and Ecosystems Explorer on-line tool at http://a100.gov.bc.ca/pub/eswp/. The tables contain an appended download of the data exported from BC Species and Ecosystems Explorer (BCSEE) each year. New groups of plants, animals, and ecological communities are added over the years, therefore year over year shows an increase in rows of data. Note: There is a bug in csv downloads. The workaround is to right-click on Access/Download and "save link as" a csv file.
